Before becoming a nutritionist, Karen suffered debilitating digestive problems, weight gain, and depression, and had no idea that she had a Leaky Gut!
The journey to healing began when she realized that the foundation of good digestion, sustainable weight loss, and happiness, starts in the gut!
When she eliminated foods that caused inflammation and embraced foods and lifestyle changes that nourished her microbiome, she was able to heal her leaky gut, shed unwanted pounds, and clear the depression.
